Frank. M. Ashley, III, CPA/PFS is Vice-President of CPS Investment Advisors. The firm specializes in helping clients accumulate wealth and achieving financial independence.
Frank received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from The University of South Florida. He is a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) as designated by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and holds the Certificate of Educational Achievement Award in Personal Financial Planning by the AICPA. He is also licensed by the State of Florida to sell Life, Health, Disability and Long Term Care insurance.
Prior to joining the firm in 1980, Frank was with Grant Thornton. He has over thirty years of experience in the areas of investments, financial planning, pensions, accounting and taxation. He is a frequent lecturer and is author of numerous published articles. In addition, he has served in the following capacities:

- A past President of the Polk County Chapter of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants
